Workout intermittently missing data (correct data does appear, then dissapears again)
complete
Quinn Comendant
I used SS to track a workout yesterday and completed it successfully by pressing the End Workout button. 46 minutes later, I opened the SS app on my iPhone to view the workout statistics, and noticed some data is missing or incorrect (see screenshot with clock time of
20:54
):- Total duration of 00:17:36
- Total volume of 0 lbs
- Active duration of 00:01:26
- Rest duration of 00:16:10
- Only one exercise was recorded: Step Up, which was the first exercise I recorded; the other exercises are missing.
Although, some correct data was displayed:
- Total energy of 620 kcal
- Avg HR of 113 bpm
- Strain of 65%
- Summary: “You were active for 89 minutes, and spent the most time (43 minutes) in Zone 1 (90-109 bpm).”
- Heart rate graph
- Heart rate zone chart (all the HR zone values add up to about 89 minutes)
The problem appears to be intermittent: at one time, the workout statistics screen did show the correct data, then later the incorrect values reappeared.
- The second time I opened the SS app and viewed the workout statistics, it shows the correct values!(see screenshot with clock time of23:02)
- The third time I opened the stats for this workout, today, it shows the incorrect data again.(see screenshot with clock time of09:26)
- Every time I open this workout now, it shows incorrect data. I can't get it to show correct values like happened at 23:02.
I'm not certain, but I think I tracked the workout using release 715. Now I am now using release 718.
The last two screenshots show this workout in the Apple Fitness and Health apps, respectively.

Strength Trainer losts exercises at saved workouts
O
Oliver
After training, the workout was saved with the correct values (total weight), exercises, sets and reps.
Due to another bug (see my other ticket about HRV), I cleared the cache again in the afternoon and resync.
Since then, only the first exercise with the first set is still in the workout. The duration of the workout and the total weight are also no longer correct.
First screenshot shows the actual saved workout, the second the original

Strength session volume/reps disappeared

After completing a strength session everything looked fine (high strain, volume, reps, etc. all logged). Just checked a few hours later and volume and reps are at zero and strength session only shows cardio load (time of workout is now 00:00:00 also).

Strength training didn’t generate same strain/output as normal

Viktor
For a normal strength training with the Bevel workout plan I end up around 50% strain and get a breakdown of muscles trained and number of reps and weights.
For todays session, I got 30% strain (which felt way too low) and no data on sets/reps/weights - feels like something is off with todays session and data

Hi Aaron C, I'd like to follow up on this. Are you still having this issue?
Randell
Hi Aaron C, Can you please confirm if both your iCloud on Watch and Phone are synced to the latest? Did you use the Strength Builder feature for your Workout?
Please go to Bevel Watch app -> Gear Icon -> iCloud. See if this is synced to the latest.
For your Phone Bevel app, please go to Bevel -> Profile -> iCloud.
You can send a screenshot for both so we can verify

Hi Viktor, Can you please confirm if both your iCloud on Watch and Phone are synced to the latest? This could be the reason why there's no data for sets/reps/weights yet.
Please go to Bevel Watch app -> Gear Icon -> iCloud. See if this is synced to the latest.
For your Phone Bevel app, please go to Bevel -> Profile -> iCloud.

Randell thanks for swift reply. Here’s the attached pictures. Looks like the phone app is not synced
Randell
Viktor: I see. Please try to wait for the iCloud to sync on your Phone app and it should give you the full details of your Workouts.
iCloud should sync automatically on its own, though the timing can vary. Once everything is synced, check to see if the issue with your Strain score still persists.
I will leave this ticket open and wait for your update.

Very similar workouts and feeling of strain - vastly different output/data
