Hi. I have a vo2 max of 35.1 on both Apple Health and Bevel. I’m 55. In Apple Health it says this is above average, in Bevel it says it is poor.
I think my heart health is fairly good and I’m going with the Apple version, but should there be such a big difference in the two ratings?
Thanks
Patrick

The Vo2 Max reference chart for my age is wrong, I am classified as inadequate while my real performance is good, I am active.

Hello Franck Pellé, from what source did you cross the two data? Please note that the Apple VO2 Max scale has only 4 levels while Bevel is 5. We take our data from the Cooper Institute.
Please be assured that we have a ticket for this and will be reviewing it soon.
I will merge this ticket with an existing ticket for you. Thanks!

Randell thanks for this feedback, I actually found the Cooper scale. My V02 Max was also good with my Garmin watch. I don't know what's more fair. It can push you to improve, or it can discourage or cause overtraining.

Hi Patrick Dawson, sorry for the late response. Apple's VO2 Max scale has only 4 levels whereas Bevel is 5. We take our data from The Cooper Institute.
It seems like this might just be a difference in datasets. Let me take a look and see if we can consolidate ours to Apple's dataset.
