Synchronization with Apple Health failed

Synchronization with Apple Health data is often not possible. Then I delete the cache, restart all devices, it doesn't help. Sometimes it helps to put my iPhone on sleep focus and then back again. Data all available, nothing changed. This unreliability is simply annoying.
The update to 2.2.6 didn't help either.

In that case, could you please check the raw data in Apple Health first? Not the chart or bar chart view, but the raw data.
To verify this, go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down, tap “VIEW ALL DATA” and check the data there, or take a screenshot of the view for me.
Could you also please confirm which version of watchOS is currently running on your Apple Watch?
