Hi Bevel Support,
I’m an a new Bevel user and I’m having issues with Apple Health data not showing in the app (all metrics show “No data”).
Details:
• Apple Watch is paired and sending fresh data to the Apple Health app on my iPhone.
• Bevel has full HealthKit permissions (confirmed in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Bevel).
I have tried:
• Revoking and re-granting permissions in Health
• Deleting and reinstalling Bevel
• Restarting iPhone and Apple Watch
• Fresh manual heart rate readings for test sync
Despite this, Bevel still shows “No data” for all metrics.
From the troubleshooting, it seems my HealthKit connection might be stuck on your servers. Could you please manually unlink/reset the Apple Health connection for my account so I can reconnect from scratch?
Stefan
I also have issues that it’s not syncing entries with values like non boolean entries like vitamin d in milligrams.

Stefan: Hi, your screenshot here isn't showing the permissions. Can you please go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Turn ON all, make sure everything is toggled ON.
See my screenshots for reference.

Hi Randell,
All metrics in the Bevel app show "no data".
I'm new to Bevel, and I have almost no Health data (almost didn't tracked it). But I made sure new heart rate entries from my watch to my iPhone but the Bevel app seems to can't get it.

ido zelnik: Do you mind sharing a screenshot for me? Also, is this your first time tracking your Sleep through your Apple Watch? Can you please go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data" then screenshot the view for me?
I will be asking for more screenshots as we troubleshoot this issue just to make sure we did everything properly.

Randell attached is what I see now in the Bevel app.
And no, I never tracked my sleep or anything else using my watch.
Randell
ido zelnik: Alright, I see. Since you are not tracking your sleep with your Apple Watch, it’s expected that the Health Monitor shows no data. The Health Monitor relies on sleep and overnight vitals logged by the Apple Watch.
First, let's go ahead and make sure that you have the correct setup.
Can you please go to the following and send a screenshot for me?
- Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation, screenshot the view for me.
- Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Sleep, screenshot the view for me.
- Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel, make sure that everything is Toggled ON, if you can share a screenshot of it that would be great.

Randell
ido zelnik: I see. Thanks for the screenshot.
Before we set you up, can you please confirm if you are open to wearing your watch to Sleep for it to track your Sleep data and overnight vitals? Please note that it it important for the Watch to track your Sleep and overnight vitals for it to calculate your Recovery Score and Sleep Score.
Also, can you please go to
- Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Heart Rate, screenshot the view for me.
- Apple Health -> Heart Rate -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data" -> Tap on today's log -> screenshot the latest data for me.

Randell
ido zelnik: Thanks! now- let's setup your Apple Watch for it to track your Sleep and overnight vitals.
Can you please follow this link here on how to create a Sleep Schedule? https://support.apple.com/en-ph/108906
Let me know once you are done with it.

Hi ido zelnik, I just wanted to confirm, when you mentioned "data not syncing" is it all of your data that is not syncing from Apple Health to Bevel or just for today's/latest data? Can you please share a screenshot of your Trends data in Bevel?
Bevel -> Strain/Sleep/Recovery -> under Trends, screenshot the view for me when the data is not syncing.
