I'm having the same issue. I have an Apple Watch and an Oura ring but I only use my ring for sleep. I charge my watch overnight.

I use the ringconn ring to track sleep and have the same issue. Can you provide guidance? It is recording sleep stages but not hrv and therefor I can’t get a recovery score.
Randell
Michael Grossman: Hi, can you please confirm which data is missing for you? If you can provide a screenshot of your Health Monitor view in Bevel that would be great!
Also, from what I know- Ringconn is not capable of syncing the HRV data to Apple Health, is this still the case?
Here's a link for reference from another user: https://www.reddit.com/r/bevelhealth/comments/1jucv7x/comment/mm1jrpn/

Randell thanks for the quick response. The recovery is missing and it states it is missing since the HRV is not
Syncing from Ringconn
Randell
Michael Grossman: Can you please scroll down on that screenshot, send a screenshot of the Health Monitor view? as I have asked previously. I'd like to check and verify which data is missing for you.
Also, please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation, screenshot the view for me.

Michael Grossman: I see, so you are indeed missing your HRV data. Can you please go to Apple Health -> HRV -> Scroll down to the bottom tap "Show all data" -> Tap on today's log -> Send a screenshot of your HRV raw data here

Michael Grossman: I see, the HRV data points that you are seeing there are coming from your Apple Watch, not Rincon. If you want to use those, you can go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation, change HRV Method to "Apple Health" and "Entire Day" since the data point timestamp falls outside your sleep period.

Hannah Gray: Thanks for this. Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> HRV, screenshot the view for me?

Hannah Gray: Hi, can you please just send the data points view without tapping on it? I'd like to see how many has been logged during your sleep. It is the view before you tap this screenshot.

H
Hannah Gray

Randell
Hannah Gray: Hi Hannah, were you able to track your sleep today? do you have your Recovery score now?

Hannah Gray
Randell I use the sleep function on my appt watch at night.
Randell
Hannah Gray: Can you please share a screenshot of your Stress chart as I have asked previously? I want to make sure that the app is reading your HR data during your sleep.
H
Hannah Gray
Randell is this it? Sorry I’m not sure what the stress chart is
Randell
Hannah Gray: Yes, almost- that is your Energy Bank but that should do just fine. Thank you! Next, for today, can you please check your Health Monitor and let me know which metric/data is missing for you? If you can send a screenshot that would be great! I attached my own Health Monitor data for reference.

- Apple Health -> HRV -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "SHOW ALL DATA" -> Tap on today's log -> Screenshot a good chunk of your HRV raw data for me that falls within your sleep period. I attached my own screenshot of reference.

Randell
Hannah Gray: Hannah, just to confirm- do any of those data points fall within your sleep period? Can you please confirm your sleep start and end times?
H
Hannah Gray
Randellthe bottom two. I was awake at 819
Randell
Hannah Gray: Hm I see.
I really want to make this work for you. So, let's try again tonight and make sure the following are checked.
- Wear your Apple Watch comfortably tight.
- Make sure it has enough battery %, I personally charge mine 1 hour before sleep just so my watch is fully charged to track my sleep and overnight vitals.
- NEVER turn on low-power mode.
- If you can, please turn ON AFib history, here's how to: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108375
Before you make sure that all the things above are good, try to restart your watch first. Sometimes, restarting the watch will fix the low HRV tracking.
I will wait for your update tomorrow.

Randell here is my HRV from last night. I redid the above and have had no change. Please advise

S
Sai Prasan K
Randell that did work anything else to change to get other insights
Randell
Sai Prasan K: For your SpO2 and Temp, do you have data in Apple Health?
Can you please check it for me and provide a screenshot if you do have data for today for both metrics?
S
Sai Prasan K
Randellok i think its only from watch the ring although captures doesnt sent to apple health for some reason
Randell
Sai Prasan K: I see, the data coming from your watch, is it for today? Can you please confirm this and the timestamp if it falls within your sleep period?
For your ring, I'd suggest you check this with ring support as to why it is not syncing the data to the Health app.
