Post workout perceived effort is always a 5.

After I complete a workout, the perceived effort is always a 5, and I need to manually adjust it according to my preference. Is it by design to default to 5, because my assumption was that it would give a perceived effort number more accurate than just a default number 5.

If you have Apple, works ok when you add the effort after a workout.
