Jose Hernandez: Hi, can you please confirm which is not syncing for you? is it the metrics like Recovery, Sleep, etc? or workout related data?

this should be fixed now. Could you please do the following steps?
- Open Garmin Connect and perform a sync.
- Force-close the Bevel app and reopen it.
- Check if the data is now syncing correctly.

Markus Sync started for today. Last day’s data is still lost. Strength training data from 4th dec ( yesterday) still not appearing. ( video attached )

Zohaib Shaheen: Can you try to go to data sources -> Garmin Manage -> hit Resync and see if data appears?

Markus tried but not fetching missed data. So worries for now as i only missed one day of data.

Zohaib Shaheen: Hi, we just released an update for this. Can you please try the following for me? see if this is now fixed for you.
- Download the Bevel app version 2.3.4, to do this: Go to App Store -> Bevel -> Please tap on Bevel's page view for the update icon to appear.
- Once done downloading, Connect and disconnect your Garmin integration. Make sure to check the historical data option as a part of the Garmin connection flow. (Attached screenshot)
- After you've re-connected the Garmin, there will be a pop up that you can tap "Resync" on the Bevel app.
Please let me know if your workout data is now syncing correctly.

I have connected garmin directly with my bevel account. Once i finish workout, it duplicates steps/calories with workout data. To be precise, it adds total calories garmin shares plus it adds workout calories of that garmin workout on top of that causing extra values.

sent along logs as well from my account. Tried to delete Reinstall tried racing and reconnect with Garmin and nothing seems to be showing up.
This is a new Garmin so all the data is as of today and nothing shows up

No, yesterday everything just went through and now Bevel shows nothing.

M de Raad What exactly do you mean by this? Does the synchronization with Garmin not work, or are you talking about the Garmin scores that should be exactly the same in Bevel? For example, if Garmin says 98, does Bevel have to show that too?

Markus I still have a question. Today I ran and the data is being loaded into the app. I just can't see the training in my timeline? Not even in the fitness tab.
