unable to load data source from apple health app. additional to that bevel is not available for choosing it in apple health app (data privacy)

already cleared cache. IOS 18.1.1.

Hi david hohlfeld, Can you please share a screenshot of which data is not pulling in to Bevel?

Also, have you tried reinstalling the app and resetting permissions for Bevel to read/write data to Apple Health?

Randell hey, please find attached the screenshots. and i did not try to reinstalled because i got the info that my saved data will be deleted

david hohlfeld: I see, have you tried logging out and logging back in? This could retrigger the permissions. You can do this by going to Bevel -> Profile -> Account -> Log out

Reinstalling the app should be fine as long as you have your original iCloud logged in on your Phone and you have enough storage left in it, then your data (Journal/Strength Builder) should be fine.
