Me too. Nightmare and no response to my emails and messages. This is brilliant app but now lost everything as reinstalled app as listed still no joy. Nothing there at all

Ughhh, I am so sorry. It happened again. I tried to do the last corrective action but not working

I think that worked, looks like it created new account for me, but moved the subscription over , so all good!!!

William wang: I see. Can you try this instead:
- Log out on your Bevel app (Bevel -> Profile -> Account -> Log out)
- Uninstall and Reinstall the app
- Once you are logging back in, make sure to enable the permissions for the pop-ups
Just make sure you know or remember the email you used to log in before proceeding.

Just to confirm, Did you update your app to latest version which is 2.2.6? Also, can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> tap the "resync health"
