Sleep and recovery data is not measured/displayed. I have iOS 26.2 and the latest app software version (launched and purchased just 5 days ago.
Ask for a solution.

I have the same issue. For some time now. The app just displays “syncing” forever and ever. All the data in the biology tab shows as “no data”.

I am seeing exactly the same set of problems, with one addition. The app occasionally just crashes/disappears when its trying to sync.

Randell thanks. Just when using the app. I only have the Apple health link set up (though have Garmin Connect but the integration is not activated).

Can you please confirm if you are on the latest version of the app 2.3.6? to check this, please go to Bevel -> Profile, scroll down to the bottom.
Also, which data aren't showing on your Bevel app that is showing on your Garmin?

That's all I've seen in the app on my iPhone 17 Pro Max with 26.2 for 2 days. It started 2 days ago after a Bevel update. Since then, no more display, except that the data is synchronized. But I don't pay every month for such a service!

So we can investigate this further: Could you please send us logs? Options -> Scroll down -> “Send logs to developers”

Bevel not syncing data since last update.

Since last update Bevel hasn’t synced data and continuously says syncing data so app is unusable.
-cache has been cleared
-phone restated
-logged out, deleted app and reinstalled
(After reinstalled and logged back in it appeared to sync but after a workout the same issue persists)
-Notifications from AI come through in relation to the strain and recovery but when in app the data doesn’t show and unable to access the ai assistant.

Zachary Niles Hey, can you try to go to the options menu -> scroll down -> clear cache and reload all data -> please make sure to keep the app open until the data sync is completed.

I should also say that I have restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled app fresh and went through the set up process again. This appeared to resolve the issue temporarily. I do occasionally get notifications from the ai assistant as if the data is being collected and processed but I am unable to access the data in the app.
