Other notifications are very hit or miss, but will always show up when I open the app manually. I've never gotten the "wind down time" notification however. It is enabled in the app, background app refresh is on as well as notification permissions and Apple Health Read permissions.
I asked the AI what time my wind down and bedtime was and it was 30 minutes prior. I installed a different app that pulls from Apple Health as well and those notifications worked perfectly.

Just to confirm, is it only the ones you mentioned above that is not showing on your end?

For a few days/weeks, I haven't received an evening reminder of my target bedtime, even though the notification is activated.

Unfortunately it didn't work, I got a sleep reminder again yesterday evening :-(

I’m having the same issues, the app will not give me any notifications unless I open it. I’ve tried all the following as well
1. Background app refresh is on
2. Full notifications permissions are on
3. Disabled iOS battery optimization for app
4. Health Sync is always allowed
5. App was allowed during sleep mode
6. force reset notifications (turned notifications off in bevel, restarted phone, turned them back on)

Dominic Lieder Hey - I saw in our system that you posted a comment - unfortunately it is not shown here. Could it be that you deleted it? If so, could you post it here again?

Dominic Lieder Hey, are you on the latest app version 2.3.3? Can you try to toggle the notification off -> force close the app -> restart the app and toggle it on again, and see if it works afterwards?
