Hi Simon Yun, Have you tried force closing (swipe up) the app and see if this fixes it for you?

Randell hey thanks for the reply. I canceled it so it doesn’t auto-renew, but the sub should still be good through Dec 2025. Force-closing the app and relaunching it does not resolve the issue.

Simon Yun: Can you try to reinstall the app for me? Also, please make sure that the iCloud/Apple ID that you have used to register to the app is the one that is logged in on your Phone.
