Workout plan name in Activity history

Looking at activity history I just see Strength Training and even clicking in doesn’t provide me any information on what workout plan was used. Please add description somewhere to informs us on what plan was used for that session. Or even have it say the workout plan name in history instead of just Strength Training.

OMG yes. We need the workout template name in the activity name, not just “strength training” which doesn’t tell me at a glance what I did.

The workout app I use automatically names my workouts, and imports it to apple health too. It is under "Workout Brand Name". The bevel app could import that data too.

I manually name my workouts (push, pull, legs, etc) it would be nice to see individual stats by cutom names as well, not just traditional strenght training.

Have the workout plan names appear in the journal

I have several different strength training workouts setup which I alternate between. When I look back at the completed workouts in the fitness journal in the fitness tab it just shows them all as strength training. It would be good if the name of the workout could be carried over to the journal automatically.
Also not sure if this is already an option but I can’t find how to do it if it is. Have an option to create a cardio workout plan

Currently when doing a strength workout routine, after completing the workout the app does not save the name of the routine. It would be nice if the name saved with the workout so the user doesn’t have to go and manually edit the name.

Strength workouts are one of the weakest areas for Apple Watch. Bevel has almost solved this and with a wonderful UI. The main piece which Strong app already does is to write the custom workout name to Apple Health (and Fitness). This would make a significant difference.

As an extension of this, it would be great if the actual name of the workout selected on the AW was logged. As a sprinter, I select "Track and Field" for my sprinting workouts and track meets. However, Superset labels these as "other." Similarly, I select "Functional Strength Training" or "Traditional Weightlifting" based on the type of workout I do. Superset considers both of these "Strength Training" and then gives insights as if they're the same (they are drastically different in reality). A final example is when I select "Cross Training" Superset does insights as if it's cardio exercise. Once again, it's not for me.
In summary, it would be helpful to just pull in the actual name of the workouts and do analytics based on those names.

Be great if when the strength training is recorded? That the name of the workout is saved rather than just strength training. Eg. Biceps and shoulders
