Watch heart rate monitor during exercise

Would love to see a dedicated heart rate monitor during workouts. It was the best part of Fitiv Pulse - large colorful display that’s easy to see. I know you’re biased to the Apple workout app which is decent, but I’m sure you could do better!

Just wrote on another post, but no HR at all shows up on Bevel workouts using the Fitbit Air. I would kill for this feature!

Thomas Macfarlane: Hi! You can start a workout using an external data source now! Let me know if you need assistance.

Weekly heart rate zone time totals
N
Nooransh Dhaka
Bevel currently shows Zones 2–3 and 4–5 as averages in the Activity biomarker section, but there’s no way to see a running total of minutes spent in each zone across the week.
Requesting:
• A cumulative weekly view of total time in each heart rate zone (1–5)
• User-settable weekly targets per zone (e.g. 160 min in Zone 2) with live progress toward the goal
• Ideally a widget or at-a-glance view so progress can be checked without opening the app
Since Bevel already weights Zones 2–3 and 4–5 in the biological age calculation, being able to see and track the actual accumulated minutes would make it much easier to hit those targets deliberately rather than guessing from an average.

Heart Rate Broadcast from Garmin to App
S
Sam Giles
Hi Bevel team, I love the Garmin Connect direct integration for my data. I would love it though if I would be able to broadcast my heart rate from my Garmin watch to the bevel app during strength workouts. I have seen other apps like Peloton be able to do this. That way my heart rate data would be associated directly with the bevel workout file instead of having to pull it in from Garmin connect and then have it be double counted in Bevel unless I delete it.

This it an absolute must for pretty much any type of cardio. It’s extremely unnecessarily complicated to try & track your current heart rate zones while exercising without that function already existing within the Apple Watch app

Detailed heart rate zones analytics
Radu Popa
Would love a dedicated screen for heart rate zones. Time spent in each zone per workout and aggregated over time, averages, and trends.
Bonus: correlate zone distribution with other metrics (HRV, RHR, sleep, etc.) to see how different intensities affect recovery.
There’s something close in Biological Age, but it feels limited. A standalone, deeper view would help a lot.

Hi Radu Popa I will add this as a feature request. However, have you tried asking Bevel Intelligence for a detailed heart rate zone analysis?
