Detailed heart rate zones analytics
Radu Popa
Would love a dedicated screen for heart rate zones. Time spent in each zone per workout and aggregated over time, averages, and trends.
Bonus: correlate zone distribution with other metrics (HRV, RHR, sleep, etc.) to see how different intensities affect recovery.
There’s something close in Biological Age, but it feels limited. A standalone, deeper view would help a lot.

Hi Radu Popa I will add this as a feature request. However, have you tried asking Bevel Intelligence for a detailed heart rate zone analysis?

Understanding your heart rate during exercise is more than just nice, for many like me, it’s critical. I have strict guidelines as to heart rates and must stay below that limit. I currently start both bevel and spoke concurrently just to get the heart rate read out. Not ideal!

Heart rate analysis all day

This is already stored in Apple Health and would be a great addition to overall health metrics in the bevel ecosystem. Rather than having to review this independently in Health, seeing health issues relating to heart rate would be not just useful, but important?

Currently I do a lot of interval workouts and would love for BI to be able to directly access the detailed heart rate data and not just aggregated/split data. I currently screenshot the heart rate graph (from within Bevel) and upload it to BI to analyze which feels silly.
After recently being put on blood pressure medication lowering my HR (beta blockers) this has become one of my main pet peeves since I need to stay on top of my HR in a way that the split averages doesn't allow.

Watch heart rate monitor

Would love to see a dedicated heart rate monitor during workouts. It was the best part of Fitiv Pulse - large colorful display that’s easy to see. I know you’re biased to the Apple workout app which is decent, but I’m sure you could do better!

Amanda following up on this, I’d love a breakdown of the heart rate for each exercise: logging per-set heart rate and the showing something like this picture: highlighting the heart rate during sets of that particular exercise

Francesco Balassone I came here to post this exact enhancement. It would be nice to see what specific workouts are causing heart rate spikes

Amanda: Although the data is obviously all available, Bevel does not show VO2max (which blows my mind), running dynamics (cadence, vertical oscillation, etc.), elevation and more detailed power metrics. Is anything already in the pipeline here? This mainly refers, of course, to the type of training that allows VO2max measurement (e.g. running training).

Hevy shows an overlay of the workout being performed at the time, which helps you to see what impact on HR each set has. This is really useful and would be a neat addition
