Not as much a weight goal per say but just to mark if you want to put on weight or drop it so that it takes it into account for your goals.

It would be cool if the app could track your calorie intake, compare it to your weight change trend and recommend a new calorie goal thats in line with the weight goal.
The weight goal could also be a rate of gain rather than a flat number.

That logged activities should affect the strain, i train kickboxning for 90 minutes 4 times a week and the ”strain” is not correct from the hard exercise

Connor Long
Sharing that I've also used the Carbon app for this in the past and had an excellent experience if any inspiration for the feature is needed.

Have custom goals such as weight reduction or body fat reduction and track how long these will take to complete and provide an overview of what needs to be done from a calorie and workout point of view

Would be great to have the calories also adjust based on the amount of calories burned that day through exercise. More exercise = higher caloric intake requirement. Cronometer does a great job of this as an example.

Zolt does a super job of this if you want to be inspired!

Adding weight and thr app showing ehat weight you should hit by X date. This adjusts as you log weight entires.
Like the app “Happy Scale”

Being able to set a dynamic calorie surplus or deficit, that adjusts depending on my daily activity, would be super useful. I use Cronometer, which does a great job of this, but would be nice to have one less app.
