Sync without opening the app

I want this app to sync often without having to open the app. I have bevel set up on my home screen and watch, but nothing updates unless i open the app and allow it to sync, even though the app is always open in the background. This update would allow me to have real time tracking throughout the day without continuously clicking the icon to sync the app. Frustrating.

This would be awesome. Some background activity refresh once in 30-60mins would suffice, I believe.

The Apple Watch app is all but useless because it simple doesn’t sync without multiple refreshes and prompts. Sometimes it actually takes multiple syncs to fully update ie it will sync but and show a certain kcal burn but this won’t be up to date and will take a further resync to sort it. This means the info you see at a glance on your wrist is almost always inaccurate (rendering it pretty useless).

That all new data is synchronized automatically and directly, especially that of smartwatch applications, that there is no delay

I'd be down to store my data on a bevel hosted cloud server so it updates automatically in the background, if that could be a toggle on/off feature...
