Sync without opening the app

I want this app to sync often without having to open the app. I have bevel set up on my home screen and watch, but nothing updates unless i open the app and allow it to sync, even though the app is always open in the background. This update would allow me to have real time tracking throughout the day without continuously clicking the icon to sync the app. Frustrating.

I’d love to see a smoother and faster sync with Apple Watch. Apple Watch complications are updated with quite a big delay, so, despite being visible all the time on my Watch, are not vey reliable yet. Please make the sync faster.

A significantly faster synchronization, especially on the Apple Watch, would be super important. In fact, due to the long waiting times, I almost only use the app on the watch to record my strength training sessions.

The app on the Apple Watch is very well done. However, synchronization times are very long, even on the most recent watches with the new processor.
It would be great if the app were faster at synchronizing the day's data, as it's quite frustrating to wait 15/20s each time you open the app.
