Reorder and group habits

This is a suggestion to make it possible to group and reorder habits as the user chooses (or automatically?) For instance - I would normally mark my sleep factors first thing in the morning (device in bed, sleep interruptions, and so forth), and the rest (nutrition, etc) continuously throughout the day.

Feature Request: Grouping and Bundling Habit Factors
Right now, each factor has to be tracked separately, which leads to very fragmented data when users have multiple related items. For example, supplements, red-light protocols, sleep hygiene habits or thermal exposures often come as clusters instead of single isolated behaviors.
It would be extremely useful if Bevel allowed users to create custom groups or bundles where multiple related factors can be checked on or off together.
Something like:
• Supplement stack
• Sleep stack
• Cold or heat exposure group
• Red light protocol group
• Sleep hygiene group
This would allow:
1. Cleaner dashboards
2. Less noise in correlations
3. Stronger insights
4. Much easier daily input
5. More accurate reflection of real-world behavior, especially for users with structured routines
The current single-item system makes correlations less meaningful because many items belong together and are always taken together. Grouping or bundling would solve this elegantly.
Even a simple implementation, for example “Create a group → add items → toggle group on/off”, would make a huge difference.
If needed, I’m happy to give examples or share screenshots of how this would look in practice.
Thanks for considering this. It would dramatically improve the tracking experience for users who follow structured protocols.

Being able to create custom groups and reorder them into any group/order would be really useful and make me want to use journal more!

Thank you for the suggestion Isak S! This will come at a later version for Journal

Yes I suggested this too to have groups. Currently it’s alphabetical so it doesn’t really flow correctly in my mind when doing my daily journal. I think keeping them in the default groups in editor might be a good start and allow us to add custom tags and assign the group would work.

Joe Yep, that sounds like a good straightforward approach.
