Recovery estimates without the use of HRV

I really love the app for its cutting edge ai and other tracking.
However, I use a Garmin forerunner 945 for my data, which does not directly calculate and show HRV.
I understand why correct HRV statistics are crucial for accurate recovery info, but because my watch doesn’t calculate it I’m always looking at a blank recovery score.
I was hoping and wondering if it’s possible to code a system in place which uses my available metrics to calculate a recovery score so I’m not always seeing nothing.
Thanks

Motra Training also does this, you set up your training routine or let it set it up for you. At the end of the training he estimates how intense it was and how fatigued each group worked was. The next day he recommended the most rested group to train with.

Yes good feature to add.
I was using gymaholic and they have this feature. The feature also take into consideration each subgroup muscle. For example when you do a lay pull, you exercise your lats, as well as partially other muscles.

It would be amazing to be able to have a recovery metric

It would be nice to see how long it would take to recover from an activity you just did.

When having a burnout, you take way longer to recover from a workout, if you’re even capable to do a workout. Let alone the stress it gives if you see that you’re not doing “enough” today, based on the statistics “you should be up for more”.
