Somewhat related, one comment below at least, once I built the table with 1RM, I then had the agent build me an “AS Prilepin” table. I then had it build me a workout Template based on the values in my “Prilepin” table. I can say this: I am very nicer sore from a few days ago deadlifting, RDL, split squats, sumo squats, etc. 😊

I currently have the agent do for this, it built a simple table, and then a monthly check-in. I can view the table and even copy/paste it elsewhere. It is under a couple clicks but seems to work.

Since of 3.0 you added the recent feature of PR tracking in workouts. But as of now this feature is integrated through chat dialogue, but it would be nice if you could actually include it in the interface.
A little badge on activities where you hit a record or in top three? Maybe that you can browse different records somewhere.

That the new weights are automatically saved without having to update the spreadsheet, in addition to the app marking you when a new PR is achieved in an exercise.

Hi Jonatan Fagnani If you’re using the same template, you can save your last used weights at the end of the workout. Currently, those saved weights do not carry over to the same exercise across different templates. I’ll also add marking new PRs as a feature request!

It would be super nice to have a pr system where you can see the highest weight you have taken is for every exercise like hevy. There should be multiple kinds of pr like one rep max and more
