Make sleep automatic

I don’t want to have to push any button to go to sleep. Waking up to find that data wasn’t collected because I didn’t tell it I was going to bed is very frustrating. This should be entirely automatic unless I am adjusting my wakeup alarm.

I have a shortcut that automatically puts my phone into sleep mode when I’m home (geo location or if I’m connected to my home WiFi) and when my phone is plugged in after 10:30pm. This has been working quite reliably for me.

I also have another shortcut that disables sleep mode when my phone is unplugged after 5:30am

If you have an iPhone, you can set how at what time your phone should go to sleep every day and until what time. Then it works automatically by command, is my experience:)

I often forget to set my alarm manually. It would nice the alarm could set automatically based on my events the next day, sleep need, sleep target, and time.
