Add Customizable Haptic & Sound Alerts Between Sets
Michael Skelton
Problem:
Current rest timers provide a single type of alert, which doesn’t always meet the varied needs of training. Users often want different cues depending on recovery milestones or physiological signals (like heart rate), but Bevel doesn’t currently allow this level of customization.
Solution:
Introduce customizable haptic and sound alerts between sets. For example:
* A distinct haptic feedback when heart rate falls within a target range.
* Different sound patterns for time-based milestones (e.g., 60 seconds vs 120 seconds).
Benefit:
This flexibility would make recovery tracking more adaptive and intuitive, ensuring users get the right prompt at the right time without constantly checking their watch or phone. It enhances personalization, supports varied training styles, and improves overall workout flow.

Make the rest timer more powerful
Simon Rejzek
When I finish my set, I usually move the weight or move a lot and sometimes I cannot feel the very light tap on my wrist. I would love if there would be an option to make it buzz, not tap and if I could make it more powerful.
