Grey would it also be a good idea to add missed last night sleep needed into sleep bank.
My last night sleep needed was 8:14, my sleep was 8 hours and my sleep bank stayed 0

The way whoop calculates and lets you chose a daily goal is co, too.

Would be great if the average sleep latency was included as well.

Sleep needed to account for avg awake time

This might be a feature request iso a bug, if so my apologies.
Currently the calculation shows a relatively late target as it does not take into account awake time. It would be useful to have for example last week avg awake time be taken into account.
Thank you, app is great!

Hi Tim Nederhand, moved this ticket to the Feature Requests board and will merge it to an existing similar Feature request

Randell Thanks Randell, absolutely, apologies for not noticing the similar request

Thanks for the feedback Vincent! I'll add this to the roadmap. Should be easy to add.

Yep, I noticed the same issue. If I set my sleep goal to 8h, with a wake up time of 8:00 AM, it tells me bedtime is midnight (which assumes 100% sleep efficiency). There is a “Wind down” period of 30 minutes, but that's a fixed arbitrary amount.
Superset should use actual sleep efficiency data to calculate when I should hit the sack. E.g., if I have an average of 1 hour of awake time per night, it should tell me bedtime is 11 PM (for a 8h sleep goal and 8:00 AM wake up time).
