Create a Sick Log to Address Health Patterns & History

I wish I could log any sickness I experience—like colds, the flu, stomach bugs, or food poisoning—into a “sick log” so I could track patterns, see how often I get sick, and review my health history. It would be even more useful if AI could analyze this data, highlight trends, and suggest ways to strengthen my immune system or reduce the chances of getting sick in the future. Right now, I know there are status features (like marking myself as sick), but as far as I’m aware, that information isn’t stored in a way that lets me look back and assess how often I’ve been sick over time.

Hi Mat Tremblay, The "Sick" status will show in all of your calendars and charts so you can visualize your patterns over time. Is there something else you're looking for?

Hey Amanda ,
Thanks for explaining that. I can see how the “Sick” status is represented in the calendar view, but it still feels pretty limited compared to what I was suggesting.
What I meant in my original feedback was more of a dedicated “Sick Log” or “Health History” tab where I could view all the times I’ve been sick in one place, ideally in a listicle or table format with dates, symptoms, duration and notes. From there, it would be great if Bevel’s AI could analyze that data, highlight patterns or flag if I’m getting sick too often, and offer recommendations on ways to strengthen immunity or reduce the chances of getting sick in the future.
Basically, I think it would be really valuable to have a more detailed and interactive way to review past sicknesses rather than just seeing the “Sick” status in the calendar.

This would be great to implement with sickness detection and an area in the app for the symptom radar I suggested. There needs to be a dedicated place in the app for monitoring sickness through auto detection and user reported symptoms.
