This should already be happening on the latest update. Are you not seeing it update the RPE value in Apple Health?

Grey I checked on my phone after my workout and it wasn’t there so I manually added it. I will say that I updated to iOS 18 and watchOS 11 on Saturday and added RPE to all my activities since July 1st. Training Load is working on my phone but says 17 days left on my watch and wondering if I’m having health sync problems? I’ve rebooted both and tried other things with no luck.
Do you know a way to force a complete resync of health to the watch?

Mike Suiter: Can you try again next time and make sure you restart the Apple Health app?
Regarding the watch sync, I am not sure about this. I don't think it's a sync issue but rather Apple probably has some logic that blocks historical RPE values from being read (it could be a bug).

Grey So it bothered me that Training Load on my iPhone was working but said 16 days left on the watch this morning, so I unpaired my watch and reloaded it from a backup and now Training Load is working on the watch. Something was off with the Health syncing. Next workout with Bevel I'll first check on the Apple Watch then phone and report back if RPE gets written.
