A Weekly and monthly view Total Zone time

It would be great if we can have page for total time spend in each zone over a week, month. On a monthly basics I would love to see my time spent in each of those zones.
Currently SS shows this for each exercise, but would be great to see that for a longer duration. Something like share below from Athlytic

Live Weekly Training Volume (Minutes per Zone)
A
Andrii
The Problem:
Currently, it is difficult to track progress toward a weekly heart rate zone goal (e.g., “150 minutes of Zone 2 per week”) in real-time.
• The Biology tab only shows completed weeks, so the current week remains empty until Monday.
• The Cardio Focus chart shows the distribution of intensity, but only as percentages, not raw minutes.
• The Strain dashboard focus is primarily on the current day’s totals.
The Solution:
Add a toggle or data field to the Cardio Focus widget (or a new “Weekly Volume” widget) that shows the cumulative raw minutes spent in each zone for the current week-to-date.
Why it matters:
For users training with specific weekly volume targets (like Zone 2 base building), seeing “45/60 minutes completed” is much more actionable than seeing “70% Low Aerobic.” It allows for better session planning toward the end of the week.

Would be great to have a tile that lists time spent in each cardio zone up to that point in the day, week, etc especially because cardio zones is one of the contributing factors to the biological age

Heart rate zones weekly add up

Please allow us to track moderate and vigorous minutes added up all week per AHA guidelines. I’ve been manually counting with this app since launch and waiting for this feature. Whoop and Oura both have this feature so users can see how many minutes they accumulate in each zone weekly and set goals. AHA recommends 150 minutes of moderate (zones 2-3) or 75 minutes of vigorous (zones 4-5) or a combo thereof for heart health. Bevel only provides daily views, no weekly totals. This is a major marker of fitness recommend by leading health organization and current research and it would be so simple for bevel to implement.

ABSOLUTELY! Given this is the most important metric for cardio and would be so easy to total up each week so you can reach your goal

Create a widget to see weekly streaks for exercise/activity

The fitness page shows weekly streaks ordered by month. It’ll be nice to have that as a widget.
